Kristen Seedall and Marci Smith specialize in relocation, residential, and investment Real Estate. Kristen graduated with honors from the College of Southern Idaho and Idaho State University with degrees in Elementary Education. Marci graduated with honors from Utah State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. In addition to their respective degrees, Kristen and Marci are both members of the Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service, the Cache-Rich Association of REALTORS®, the Utah Association of REALTORS®, and licensed by the NAR as REALTORS. Furthermore, Kristen and Marci have also earned the GRADUATE REALTOR® INSITITUTE (GRI) designation, which less than twenty percent of REALTORS® ever achieve. They have also been honored by the Cache-Rich Association of RELATORS® with the "Excellence in Real Estate Award." In addition to these qualifications, Kristen serves as a Board of Director for the Cache-Rich Association of REALTORS® and has served as the Vice-President of Membership for the Northern Utah Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS®. Marci has served as the Vice-Chairperson and Chairperson of the Cache-Rich Association of REALTORS® Business and Programs Committee. She also serves on the Utah State Governing Board of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and is the 2007 President of the Northern Utah Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS®.
