I Love Cache Valley!  I have been involved in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years, during this time I have enjoyed success in bringing buyers and sellers together and making friends during the process.  I am familiar with residential, commercial, land, and the multifamily (Income Producing) properties.  I currently serve on the board of directors of our local Real Estate association; this has been a great experience, to help keep me up on the Real Estate issues of our area.  I am the current office and sales manager of Century 21 N & N Realtors, at Century 21 N & N Realtors I am fortunate to work with the best of the best.

During my years in the business, I have enjoyed marketing all types of real estate.  I am familiar with Cache Valley and Southern Idaho, knowing areas of growth, water table issues, rental housing zoning issues (grand father permits), and areas requiring wells.  I have great contacts in the land title and the mortgage and banking industries. I have enjoyed living in Cache Valley.   I grew up in River Heights, graduated from Sky View High School, served a full time LDS mission to South Carolina, and while pursuing a degree in finance, at Utah State University, I met my wife Teri Gilbert.  We have 4 children, all of whom call Logan home.  Our daughter Nichole graduated from Weber State University in nursing.  Nichole, with husband Elloitt, have 2 children Mykell and Porter.  Travis is pursuing a degree in food science at Utah State University, he along with his wife Hannah, have a son Talon.  Brett is pursuing a degree in engineering, and also is currently enrolled at Utah State University.  Our youngest, Josh, is in middle school, he loves soccer, and is currently on a competitive State of Utah team, and hanging out with his friends.  
My hobbies include; cycling, working, family, boating, snowmobiling, making friends, anything outdoors, and all sports.  I have spent the majority of my life in the Logan-Cache Valley, Northern Utah and Southern Idaho areas.  We look at Cache Valley the way it was, the way it is and with planning and prudence the way it will be for us, our children, grandchildren, neighbors and friends.  Welcome Home!
